Job : Main tasks of the job: - Gather and analyze the needs of different departments
- Launch consultations
- Negotiate commercial terms (prices, deadlines, payment terms, guarantees, etc.)
- Issue purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures
- Ensure order tracking until delivery
- Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines
- Manage supplier disputes (delays, non-compliance, etc.)
- Oversee stock management
- Coordinate with the warehouse keeper
Required profile :
• Training in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, management, or equivalent
• First successful experience in a similar role (ideally in the electrical/photovoltaic field)
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Sense of organization and rigor in file tracking
• Good interpersonal skills and ease in communicating with suppliers
• Mastery of computer tools (Excel, ERP like Odoo is a plus)
• Team spirit and ability to work in coordination with technical teams
