Job :
Ensure the writing/updating of specifications ("CDC") MOC/MOE/Works
corresponding to new deployment service needs.
• Gathering needs from Transport/Fixed units and various experts, facilitating workshops if necessary.
• Writing and submitting documents for validation to be sent to suppliers during tenders/direct negotiations.
• Managing, facilitating, and scheduling tender projects with business teams and in coordination with the purchasing department.
Ensure technical management/support during tenders led by the purchasing department
("DAC") in the areas of MOC/MOE/Works for Transport/Fixed deployment.
• Analysis of offers, participation in supplier presentations, and technical scoring of bidders.
Ensure support and guidance for deployment service contracts with
different internal stakeholders (Transport/Fixed units) and/or external (project owners).
• Writing training/information materials for new contracts (i.e. user guides) for project managers.
• Support in case of questions / misunderstandings regarding contractual elements, and
assistance to teams in case of disputes.
• Participation in broader projects, with contributions and proposals on the Fixed / Transport part (topics related to Artificial Intelligence, creation of thematic databases, various analyses, etc.).
• More generally, the mission requires a broad view and the ability to step back to propose adjustments to processes and methods if necessary.
Required profile :
Knowledge of the Telecom environment
Technical background in Data center site engineering
Experience in project management
Perfect command of French, both written and spoken
Strong writing skills
