Reporting to the IT Manager, your mission will be to ensure the installation and proper functioning of IT and telephone equipment (hardware and software) related to the workstation.

In this context, you are responsible for:

• Prepare and install the workstation;


• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of computers;


• Contribute to the management of the IT assets;


• Maintain technological awareness regarding computers and software;


• Provide user support;


• Contribute to the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the information system;
  

You will have the following main activities:

• Initial installation of IT and telephone equipment (applications, utilities, etc.); 


• Installation of updates for applications and utilities;


• Remote distribution of applications, Antivirus according to a deployment plan;


• Detection and limitation of viruses;


• Remote troubleshooting of incidents on computers, networks, email, or telephony;


• Administration of the email system on the client side of the workstation (connection, operation);


• Assistance with using the installed equipment and software;


• Report security incidents.
  

Location: Zgounder Mine, Askaoun Commune, Taliouine District, Taroudant Province.

Working hours: Rotation of 20 days of work / 10 days off, with 9.5 hours of work per day.

Accommodation and meals are covered by the company.

Contract type: Permanent (CDI)

• Bac +2 level education in IT (DTS, DUT, ...)


• Proficiency in Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, ...)


• Good knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols


• Knowledge of helpdesk and remote assistance tools
