Job :
- Take charge of tasks related to the installation and start-up of card activities.
- Process simple and complex incidents related to card activities.
- Anticipate card stock shortages and launch necessary actions to streamline card production.
- Monitor card billing with the two service providers.
- Complete applicable reports and send them to the relevant stakeholders.
Required profile :
Bac+2 / Bac+3 in IT, systems management, networks, finance, or equivalent.
Previous experience in a banking, card processing, or technical support environment is an asset.
Good command of IT tools.
Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple incidents at the same time.
Rigorous, analytical, and customer-oriented.
