As part of strengthening our teams, we are hiring a Junior Sales Administrator with a focus on finance / accounting / invoicing.
Reporting to the administrative and financial department, you will be involved in managing operations related to the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Enter and track customer orders
Prepare and check invoices
Ensure follow-up of payments and receipts
Manage customer reminders (debt collection)
Verify the conformity of administrative and financial documents
Collaborate with sales and accounting teams
Update customer databases
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 / Bac+3) in Accounting, Finance, or Management
First experience (internship or job) in Sales Administration, invoicing, or accounting
Good command of Excel
Rigor, sense of organization, and respect for deadlines
Good communication skills
Desired skills:
Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Sage, or other)
Basic knowledge of debt collection
