Research Administrative Coordinator

Clinvet Morocco is looking for a Research Administrative Coordinator to support the administrative and operational delivery of research studies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in administration, documentation control, research support, or laboratory/study coordination.
The successful candidate will ensure that study documentation, data, test items, and archives are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal research teams and external sponsors to help ensure studies are delivered with high quality, full traceability, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Study & Documentation Management
- Prepare, maintain, and close study files and master files.
- Review study data for completeness and accuracy through quality control checks.
- Ensure study documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Support document flow, filing, version control, and records accuracy.
Test Item & Sample Coordination
- Manage receipt, storage, tracking, and final disposition of study materials.
- Maintain accurate accountability records for test items.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of biological samples and related materials.
- Coordinate movement and shipment of study-related materials where required.
Archiving & Records Management
- Organize, store, and retrieve physical and electronic records.
- Maintain archive systems, inventories, and traceability.
- Ensure proper records lifecycle management in line with procedures.
Coordination & Communication
- Support communication and document exchange with study sponsors.
- Coordinate shipment of study data and materials.
- Assist during audits, inspections, and site visits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth study support activities.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in:
- administrative coordination, and/or.
- research, clinical, laboratory, or study support environment.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential records and maintain traceability.
- Confidence working with procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Advantageous
It would be beneficial to have experience with:
- Study documentation or master file management.
- Archiving and records control.
- Test item or sample tracking.
- Audit or inspection support.
- Regulated environments such as research, laboratory, clinical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
