Job Details

Job :

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

  • Participate in the design and optimization of insurance process

  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions

  • Support testing phases and validate deliverables

  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting when required

  • Ensure consistency and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and technical teams



Required profile :

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • Mandatory experience in the insurance industry (life, non-life, claims, underwriting, finance…)

  • Strong understanding of insurance processes and business models

  • Experience working on IT or/and data driven projects

  • Solid skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SaFe)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder managements skills

  • Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proactive mindset and attention to detail

  • Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented
