We are recruiting for one of our clients, an HR Development Officer, based in the city of Tangier.

Your main mission will be to participate in the definition and implementation of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the company. It will also involve managing key HR projects aimed at optimizing talent management and strengthening the company culture.

Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, developing skills through training, personnel administration, and participating in projects for continuous improvement of HR practices. You will also contribute to internal communication and the management of social relations.

• Support managers in their recruitment needs.
• Design and implement tailored training plans.
• Participate in performance and career management.
• Contribute to legal and regulatory watch concerning labor law.
• Be a key player in promoting our HR policy.

A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education (Bac+5) or more is required, ideally with a specialization in HR / Personnel / Training or a related field.

3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

We are looking for a person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and synthesis abilities, and a high degree of autonomy. Good command of computer tools and HR software is essential. Strong writing and speaking skills, as well as the ability to work in a team, will be particularly appreciated.
