Reporting to the IT Manager, your mission will be to ensure the installation and operational guarantee of IT and telephone equipment (hardware and software) related to the workstation.

In this context, you are responsible for:

• Prepare and install the workstation;


• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of computers;


• Contribute to the park management;


• Ensure technological watch on computers and software;


• Provide user support;


• Contribute to the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the information system;
  

You will have the following main activities:

• Initial installation of IT and telephone equipment (applications, utilities, etc.); 


• Installation of updates for applications and utilities;


• Remote distribution of applications, Antivirus according to a deployment plan;


• Detection and limitation of viruses;


• Remote incident management for computers, networks, email, or telephony;


• Administration of email on the client part of the workstation (connection, operation);


• Assistance with using installed equipment and software;


• Report security incidents.
  

• Bac +2 level training in IT (DTS, DUT, ...)


• Proficiency in Microsoft client-side operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, ...)


• Good knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols


• Knowledge of helpdesk and remote assistance tools
