Job :
Reporting to the Financial Flows Manager, your main mission is to Ensure the reliability of disbursements and receipts.
• Treasury Management:
- Perform supplier account reconciliation (ensure the match between invoice and payment)
- Prepare and issue payment orders, transfers, checks according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Carry out declarations & Follow-up of rents and other charges (Fees, VAT, ...)
- Carry out payment extension declarations
- Populate the payment system based on various payment methods
- Process expense note payments and foreign currency requests for business travel (Payback)
- Prepare check payments (STC, maternity, suppliers...)
- Perform bank reconciliations (accounting balance and bank balance)
- Daily monitoring of ASM entities' bank balances (explanation of movements).
- Take charge of entering bank disbursements and receipts (Revenue, Commissions, Anapec/IR/Mutual refund...)
• File Management and Monitoring:
- Perform a compliance check of purchasing files (Invoice, Contract, PO, Delivery Note, Minutes of Meeting...)
- Prepare the necessary documents for setting up foreign currency transfer files for the Foreign Exchange Office
- Prepare the necessary documents for setting up the VAT refund file (Invoices, AD, Request, Declaration, Detailed Revenue, ND, Bank Statement...)
- Perform filing and archiving of payment and declaration files
- Monitor advance payments (Real Estate, Hospitality Budget, Commercial, Allocation, ...)
Required profile :
You have a Bac+2 (2-year higher education degree) and above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Treasury Officer.
