Job :
- Supervise the administrative management of staff (seasonal & permanent)
- Ensure the compliance of administrative files and contracts
- Ensure compliance with the labor code and internal regulations
- Manage social declarations (registrations, work accidents, etc.) within deadlines
- Participate in HR audits and ensure data reliability
- Oversee the administrative follow-up of work accident cases until their closure
- Centralize and control variable payroll elements for the farms
- Process payroll for permanent staff
- Manage registrations and social declarations within deadlines.
- Act as the point of contact for HRIS tools in the Southern region
- Supervise and develop the local HR team (HR Assistants & nurse)
- Organize and oversee daily HR activities
- Ensure a good level of HR service for operations
- Actively participate in defining and deploying the seasonal recruitment strategy -
- Implement concrete actions to improve retention and loyalty
- Analyze workforce needs and anticipate activity peaks
- Develop local partnerships (communities, authorities, etc.)
- Manage relations with social partners (labor inspectorate, authorities, etc.)
- Participate in representative bodies (health and safety committees, committees, etc.)
- Contribute to the management of disciplinary situations
- Supervise staff transportation
- Supervise the medical service
- Contribute to the improvement of working conditions
Required profile :
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/4) in Business Economics and Management, HR Management.
• Experience Level: 2 to 4 years, including 2 years in a similar role (experience in the agricultural sector is highly desirable).
• Required Skills:
- Proficiency in the labor code.
- Proficiency in payroll.
- Proficiency in Tamazight & French (Spanish/English is a plus).
- Proficiency in office software.
