OPPO is recruiting a Regional Retail Manager – Position based in Casablanca.
As part of our development, we are looking for a Regional Retail Manager to strengthen our team and support our employees in training and operational management of stores in the assigned region, with the possibility of advancement based on results and experience.
Main Missions:
Training:
- Ensure training on new products and sales techniques.
- Supervise and coach new and experienced promoters to improve team performance.
- Implement and train on general marketing mobilization projects.
Store Image and Merchandising:
- Control the image and merchandising of stores to ensure compliance with OPPO standards.
- Order and manage promotional materials and gifts in the region.
- Follow up with advertising suppliers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Manage basic operational aspects in store.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Degree Bac+2 (equivalent to Associate's degree) or higher in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory; good knowledge of English for professional communication.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and training skills.
- Ability to travel regularly in the assigned region.
