Job :


Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing online horse betting platforms to increase revenue, build customer loyalty, and improve the user experience.





As such, your key activities will be:





E-commerce Strategy





- Define and implement an e-commerce strategy for acquisition, affiliation, and loyalty aligned with the company's objectives

- Identify growth and innovation opportunities for the online betting platform

- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the e-commerce strategy and adapt it according to market changes and customer needs

- Propose and implement a digital strategy for all aspects of the activity

- Manage online media buying to effectively promote e-commerce products and services





Online Betting Platform Management





- Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to resolve issues and implement improvements

- Work in close collaboration with marketing, communication, and sales teams to design and execute promotion and communication strategies

- Coordinate efforts with the marketing and communication team to optimize the platform's organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) search engine ranking





Improving the Online Customer Experience





- Anticipate and respond to the needs of online customers by carefully studying their behavior and expectations

- Implement analysis tools to gather relevant information on customer behavior and platform usage

- Use this information to propose improvements and innovative features, thus ensuring an optimal user experience




Required profile :


As a potential candidate:





- You have a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Marketing, or IT with 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce and team management.

- You have expertise in E-commerce strategy, affiliation strategy, and digital marketing;

- You demonstrate a high level of skill in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization);
- You master the regulations of games and user experience (UX/UI);
- You excel in leadership, team management, and activity steering;
- You have a sense for data collection, analysis, and interpretation;
- You are capable of using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.;
- You are creative, curious, open-minded, and autonomous;
