We are looking for Credit Consolidation Advisors. As an intermediary between the client and our banking partners, you will be at the heart of supporting our clients' financing projects.
Missions:

• Prospect and advise clients in the context of credit consolidation.


• Identify needs and propose suitable solutions.


• Ensure quality commercial follow-up to build customer loyalty.


• Achieve performance objectives set by management.


• Conduct interviews to understand client needs and propose solutions for customized bank loans.


• Perform simulations and analyze financial situations.


• Prepare files and ensure follow-up until funds are released.


• Follow up with clients to optimize returns.


• Negotiate the best conditions with our partner banks.

• Educated to Master's degree level or higher in sales, finance, or economics.


• You have significant experience in sales and consulting with individual customers.


• You particularly enjoy customer relations over the phone.


• You demonstrate versatility, responsiveness, and rigor in your daily work.


• Dynamic, with strong listening and interpersonal skills, you like to push yourself and be rewarded for your performance.


• Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.


• Significant experience in a sales or customer service role.


• A real appetite for commercial objectives.


• Ease in customer relations, especially by phone.


• Versatility, responsiveness, and rigor are your watchwords.
