You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with the business and operational teams. In this context, your responsibilities will include:

Management of the recruitment process:

• Defining needs with operational teams,


• Writing and distributing job ads,


• Searching for candidates (sourcing and headhunting) via CV databases, social networks (LinkedIn), and our partners,


• Implementing referral programs and recruitment through events


• Conducting interviews and writing interview reports,


• Tracking candidates submitted to operational teams and managing the active talent pool,


• Defining hiring conditions with the Agency Director, respecting the group's criteria,


• Making offers to candidates and writing employment contracts,

Reporting and dashboard data entry.

You will have access to all the necessary sourcing and candidate management tools to successfully complete your mission (access to job boards, LinkedIn account, Beetween ATS, internal onboarding platform, etc.)

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management or equivalent


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting IT profiles


• Solid knowledge of sourcing tools and job boards


• Good knowledge of HR communication and employer branding tools


• Good knowledge of recruitment and interviewing techniques


• Good written and oral communication skills (You are perfectly fluent in French and speak English fluently)
