Your main tasks:




Manage recruitment from start to finish: selection, interviews, contracting, and onboarding.
Deploy the training plan and support skills development.
Monitor annual performance review campaigns and support talents.
Ensure administrative management (payroll, leave, relations with the labor inspectorate, CNSS, etc.).
Advise and support managers in applying HR policies.
Produce and analyze HR KPIs for your scope.




Required profile :



Profile sought:




Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management or Human Resources.
First successful experience (3 to 5 years) in HR management.
Proficiency in labor law and understanding of social relations.
Analytical mindset, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
