Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Assistant M/F. Based in Nador, this position is a key opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our procurement operations in a stimulating environment.
Your role will be essential in supporting and optimizing purchasing processes. It will involve ensuring the smooth running of transactions, maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, and meeting cost and deadline objectives. You will actively participate in supply chain management to support the company's growth.
Your main tasks will include:
- Assisting in the sourcing and selection of suppliers.
- Preparing and tracking purchase orders and contracts.
- Processing invoices and monitoring payments.
- Managing daily relationships with suppliers and resolving any issues.
- Participating in market monitoring and price trend analysis.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of purchasing procedures.
- Maintaining up-to-date purchasing databases.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is expected. This period should have allowed you to develop a concrete understanding of procurement challenges.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail. Communication and negotiation skills will be major assets. Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with purchasing information systems are also important. Good analytical skills and the ability to work in a team will be essential for success in this position.
