Job :
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for all the equipment and infrastructure of the establishment.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Assure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and technical installations
- Diagnose breakdowns and intervene quickly to ensure continuity of operations
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment (air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, etc.)
- Participate in the general upkeep of buildings and facilities
- Follow up on interventions and report any detected issues
- Apply current safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure optimal service quality
Required profile :
Training and Experience:
With a technical background (electricity, industrial maintenance, or equivalent), you have significant experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry or in a demanding technical environment.
Required Skills:
- Good command of basic electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose breakdowns
- Versatility and ability to work on different types of equipment
- Sense of priority and responsiveness
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance
