Your main mission will be to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates who fit our company culture. You will play a key role in strengthening our talent pool and continuously improving our hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and qualifying recruitment needs in collaboration with operational teams.
• Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (professional social networks, databases, recruitment events).
• Conducting pre-screening interviews and evaluating candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job offers to making hiring proposals.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
• Contributing to the improvement of recruitment tools and practices.
• Participating in HR projects aimed at strengthening our employer brand.

To succeed in this role, you have a degree of level Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally specializing in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment, ideally in a technology environment, is required. Experience as a sourcing specialist or recruitment consultant will be a major asset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Ability to conduct relevant evaluation interviews.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of the job market in the IT sector would be a plus.
