Job :
You will hold one of the following positions: Duty Officer, Crew Scheduler, Flight Dispatcher, or Assistant Manager On Duty.
Depending on the role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the coordination of air operations and real-time flight monitoring.
- Planning and managing crew schedules in compliance with regulations.
- Preparing and validating flight plans, taking into account weather, fuel, and performance constraints.
- Supervising operations and making quick decisions in case of unforeseen events.
- Ensuring communication between different parties (crews, maintenance, operations control).
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Required profile :
You have a 3-year university degree (Bac+3) in one of the following fields: industrial techniques, IT, logistics, international trade, business management, economics, mathematics, or physics.
You have:
- A sense of service and responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Good command of French (English is a plus).
- Comfort with computer tools and planning systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
