Job :

Your missions:



  • Contribute to the analysis and qualification of incoming leads from our workshops/webinars, events, and digital marketing actions.
  • Contact our prospects and loyal clients to discuss their challenges and identify their consulting needs.
  • Manage the reporting of prospecting actions.
  • Communicate objections and ways to respond to them to the marketing team.
  • Report to the Senior Lead Manager, a key sales coach at Leyton.

Required profile :

You and your strengths:



  • You have proven experience in B2B services sales (consulting, banking, insurance).
  • You have a business or economics background that allows you to understand the constraints of companies, your future clients.
  • You have writing skills and are a true communicator.
  • You enjoy convincing and have emotional intelligence to develop your arguments.
  • You have a perfect command of French, with impeccable syntax and a mastery of formal business French.
  • You are rigorous and methodical, with good analytical and synthesis skills.
  • You have an agile, autonomous, and curious personality, with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are curious about digital marketing and new tools.
  • A plus: you have implemented Sales/Marketing Automation scenarios (emailing, analysis, etc.).
  • You master Excel and PowerPoint, an email sending tool, and Canva.
