Description du poste
-- Ensures the deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the facility level and approves the need of translation when it is necessary
- Secures the development of local standards if needed
- Coordinates, trains and coaches the plant facility organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Quality standards and tools
- Manages the facility management review activities by collects the inputs and communicates the output of the management review meeting
- Ensures the compliance of the plant facility systems with the customer specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations
- Coordinates and ensures the effective implementation and generalization of corrective and preventive actions resulted from audits with the team in the concerned area
- Leads the internal and external audits preparation within the production facility
Qualifications et Expérience
- Level of Education: Engineer
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience : 4 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
