Job :

Within the IT team, the Level 2 Microsoft 365 administrator ensures the management, advanced support, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment. They intervene as a Level 1 escalation, handle technical incidents, guarantee service availability, and participate in the continuous improvement of the platform.




In a constantly evolving environment, their curiosity and strong taste for technology are essential assets for adapting, evolving, and analyzing problems for which solutions are not always provided in the procedures.




Their analytical skills can help propose solutions to reduce recurring incidents.




Missions:



• Handle complex incidents and requests related to Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, Power Platform
• Ensure escalation to Level 3 or specialized teams if necessary.
• Analyze root causes, propose corrective action plans, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Write procedures for L1 support
• Track and update tickets in the Bynow tool
• Monitor MCO indicators
• Strict adherence to security rules
• Be interested in M365 services and follow Microsoft announcements in the Message Center
• PowerShell scripting





Required profile :

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) and 3 to 5 years of experience in Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 environments.



 Main technical skills:




  • Mastery of Exchange Online: mailbox management, delegations, mail flow, transport rules, header analysis, DKIM / DMARC / SPF protocols, tracking via logs
  • Good expertise in Microsoft Teams: team management, policies, meetings, and telephony
  • Experience with SharePoint Online: site management, access rights, and administration
  • Good knowledge of OneDrive
  • Mastery of Azure Active Directory: account and group management, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA
  • Knowledge of on-premise environments: Active Directory and Exchange Server
  • PowerShell skills (Exchange, Teams, Graph, AD modules)
  • Good networking basics

 Complementary technical skills:



  • Knowledge of Power Platform: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
  • Experience with Intune / Jamf
  • Notions of SCCM
  • Knowledge of virtual environments
  • Management of MacOS environments
