Position:
Assigned to our hypermarket in Casablanca, your role is to manage the department's purchases, create/update technical sheets for the bakery, pastry, and viennoiserie ranges, as well as implement commercial offers and create attractive displays for your section.
To do this, your areas of activity are:
- Performance analysis
- Sales promotion for the department
- Merchandise management
- Competitive intelligence
- Team management
Required profile :
Profile sought:
With a BAC+2/3 degree in Hospitality, Bakery/Pastry, you have proven experience in Bakery and Pastry during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to organize product inventory management
- Ability to prepare reports
- Ability to conduct negotiations
- Ability to monitor the performance (reporting) of the activity within your scope and track indicators
Leadership, Results-orientation, Proactive approach: impact and persuasion, Interpersonal skills & communication, and Self-control/Stress and conflict management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
