Job :

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:



  • Participate in the recruitment process (writing and posting job ads, CV screening, organizing interviews);
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of staff (contracts, employee files, certificates, etc.);
  • Contribute to managing relationships with employees and respond to their HR requests;
  • Participate in the management of temporary workers (monitoring assignments, onboarding, time tracking, etc.);
  • Update HR databases and ensure regular reporting;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.



Required profile : Profile sought
    • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Management or equivalent (ENCG, Faculty of Economics, etc.);
    • Previous HR experience (internship or fixed-term contract) is desirable;
    • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel;
    • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation;
    • Rigor, organization, and respect for confidentiality;
    • Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written (English is a plus);
    • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
    • Motivation to grow in a dynamic environment.
