Job :
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Participate in the recruitment process (writing and posting job ads, CV screening, organizing interviews);
- Ensure administrative follow-up of staff (contracts, employee files, certificates, etc.);
- Contribute to managing relationships with employees and respond to their HR requests;
- Participate in the management of temporary workers (monitoring assignments, onboarding, time tracking, etc.);
- Update HR databases and ensure regular reporting;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required profile :
Profile sought -
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Management or equivalent (ENCG, Faculty of Economics, etc.);
- Previous HR experience (internship or fixed-term contract) is desirable;
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel;
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation;
- Rigor, organization, and respect for confidentiality;
- Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written (English is a plus);
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Motivation to grow in a dynamic environment.
