We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commerciale intern to join our dynamic sales team in Morocco. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the sales team in daily activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and following up on inquiries.
  • Assist in lead generation, market research, and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare and present commercial offers, quotes, and contracts.
  • Update and manage customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on pipeline status, win rates, and forecasted revenue.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and communications that align with brand guidelines.
  • Support post-sale activities, including onboarding, client satisfaction checks, and renewal opportunities.
  • Assist in event planning, product demonstrations, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor) or current enrollment in a related field; internship level with a focus on commercial or business studies.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic/French (depending on regional needs); proficiency in French is often preferred in Morocco.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and market research methods.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
