Production Pharmacist
Department: Production
Mission:
Ensure the smooth running of production activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality requirements, and HSE standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety rules, and HSE standards
Write and update production procedures and documents
Participate in audits, inspections, and self-inspections and follow up on corrective actions
Ensure monitoring of production activities according to the schedule
Manage anomalies, deviations, and complaints and propose improvement actions
Participate in change management (change control)
Contribute to the qualification and validation of processes, equipment, and utilities
Monitor maintenance, calibration, and metrology activities in coordination with the technical department
Control the condition of premises, equipment, and production conditions
Declare and monitor incidents and accidents
Required profile :
Profile:
Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree, with initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Good command of GMP and production processes.
Objective:
Ensure compliant, safe, and quality production.
