Your Role
- You will act as an N2 Support for complex and varied network environments (Network, Wifi, VoIP, IPTV).
- You will be at the core of customer relations, responsible for resolving incidents, and involved in deploying solutions.
Here, you'll get to work on everything. And you'll quickly build your skills!
Your Missions
1- Technical Support
- Handle incidents with speed (tickets & hotline)
- Diagnose, Prioritize, Resolve technical problems
- Manage multiple tickets simultaneously
2- Deployment & Operation
Deploy and configure solutions remotely:
- Firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi/Vsz
- IPTV & Hospitality Multimedia Solutions
- IP Telephony (VoIP)
- Project management and monitoring (Internal and Client)
3- Customer Relations
- Support and assist clients until resolution
- Be responsive and reassuring
- Ensure clear and professional communication
- Train users if needed (level 1)

Required profile :
Profile Sought
1- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree +4 / Master's degree +5 in networks & systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
2- Key Skills
- Networks: VLAN, routing, firewall, DHCP
- Wi-Fi, VoIP (SIP), network analysis
- Windows / Linux
- Virtualization (VMware is a plus)
3- Languages
You will interact with clients in French and English
- French: fluent
- English: essential (international clients)
4- Expected Qualities
- Customer service mindset
- Autonomy and responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills => you can talk to a client without stress
- Operational => you know how to find a fault, not just apply a procedure
