Job :
Directly reporting to the company's general management, the quality manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting all departments in the company's changes and evolutions
- Establishing and formalizing procedures related to these changes
- Acting on non-conformities and ensuring that processes deliver the expected results
- Maintaining the company's certification to the ISO 9001 standard
- Reporting on QMS performance
- Identifying improvement opportunities and exploiting them
- Instilling a "quality spirit" among all departments, so that our QMS is constantly improving
- Being the main point of contact with external quality firms
Required profile :
Required skills:
Technical:
- Mastery of the ISO 9001 approach
- Knowledge of quality standards, benchmarks, regulations, and certifications
- Mastery of measurement techniques and statistical and IT tools
Languages:
- Arabic and French: perfect oral and written command
