Job :

The TA Delivery Coordinator manages the operational delivery of Talent Acquisition Delivery activities within PwC France & Maghreb.



They are responsible for coordinating activities, leading the team, and ensuring service quality for internal stakeholders.



The position reports to the HC Delivery Manager, with close collaboration on activity management, priorities, and decisions.



Their main mission:



To ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of recruitment and administrative onboarding activities, in an HR environment with high volumes and high service expectations.



They will need to:



Manage and coordinate TA Delivery activity



  • Manage recruitment, contracting, administrative onboarding, work-study programs, and internships.
  • Organize and prioritize activities based on volumes and busy periods.
  • Ensure service continuity and adherence to commitments.

Team coordination & operational leadership



  • Contribute to the organization and coordination of the TA Delivery team.
  • Support teams on operational priorities and service quality.
  • Work closely with the HC Delivery Manager.

Stakeholder relations & satisfaction



  • Be a key point of contact for Recruitment and HR teams.
  • Monitor service quality and handle sensitive or complex situations.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of TA processes.

Activity monitoring & reporting



  • Monitor activity volumes and contribute to management reporting.
  • Participate in discussions about organization and process optimization.


Required profile :
  • Higher education degree (Bac +5 - Business school / University).
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment, onboarding, or HR service delivery.
  • Good understanding of high-volume HR environments with high operational demands.
  • Team coordination and/or initial management experience are valued, but not essential.
  • Internal customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and coordination abilities.
  • Rigor, organization, ability to prioritize, and to work with management.
