Roles & Responsibilities
Context:
- To develop creative and effective solutions that improve the customer experience (internal/external) by applying best practices and various development technologies
- Transforming User Stories / Specifications defined by the Product Owner / Scrum Master / Project Manager into reliable IT solutions
- Design clear user scenarios, design tests for prototypes and products, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Provide refactoring, code maintenance, secure development, and pair programming
- Collaborating with other team members in an Agile environment
Search profile:
- Higher education (Bac+5) in computer science (Engineering, Master's)
- 6 years or more of experience in enterprise-scale web application, web service, and web API development
- Experience in the field of Insurance and especially in Corporate (TRC, RC, IARD, AT, ).
- Ability to adapt to change (languages, business and operational aspects)
- Good communication, reflection, flexibility and presentation
- Experience in an Agile environment (decisive element)
- Experience in relational databases (and non-relational databases are a plus)
- Qualities: Leader, team player, autonomous, methodical, good listener, rigorous, good interpersonal skills
Technologies and tools required:
- .NET Framework 4/4.6/4.8
- ASP.NET Web Forms, HTML, CSS, Crystal Reports
- ASP.NET Web API
- PL-SQL et T-SQL
