Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst specializing in the fields of electronic payments, money transfer and mobile banking.

Main missions

  • Gather, analyze and formalize third-party business needs.
  • Facilitate scoping workshops with the various stakeholders.
  • Write the statements of requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • To act as the interface between the third-party and technical teams.
  • Participate in the design and improvement of user journeys.
  • Supporting development teams throughout the implementation cycle.
  • Prepare and execute the functional recipes.
  • Monitor anomalies and contribute to their resolution.
  • Participate in the deployment of new functionalities and user support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
  • Significant experience in the fields of electronic banking, money transfer and mobile banking.
  • Good knowledge of electronic payment methods and digital financial ecosystems.
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Valued skills

  • Knowledge of payment systems and electronic networks.
  • Experience on digital banking or fintech projects.
  • Proficiency in project management and Agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Knowledge of national and international money transfer processes.
