About the position
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Implementation Manager to join our Mechatronics Connected System department, to work on critical activities related to the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems for our client. This key role involves leading mechanical design activities, ensuring the development and integration of technical solutions (CAD under CATIA V6), analyzing the mechanical and physical performance of systems, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements and automotive standards. The candidate will also contribute to advanced data analysis, material characterization, and system robustness in complex environments, including ADAS systems.
Location: Casablanca
Level: Bac +5 (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics or equivalent)
Experience: +8 years (senior profile)
Languages: French and English proficiency required
Job Missions
- Ensure the design and development of mechanical components and systems, taking into account functional, regulatory, and industrial constraints.
- Perform CAD modeling using CATIA V6 and the implementation of mechanical parts and sub-assemblies.
- Conduct mechanical and physical analyses (dimensioning, strength, dynamic behavior) to ensure system performance.
- Develop and manage technical analyses and mechanical study syntheses to guide design choices.
- Contribute to the understanding and integration of ADAS systems into mechanical architectures.
- Participate in material characterization (including electromagnetic aspects) and evaluation of their behavior.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electronics, systems, validation) to ensure optimal integration of solutions.
