Job description

Job :

  • Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of green spaces and plantations.
  • Plan and supervise operations for planting, watering, fertilizing, and plant treatment.
  • Ensure the proper development and maintenance of crops.
  • Identify diseases and pests, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure the monitoring of operational teams in the field.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare activity reports and ensure monitoring of interventions.


Required profile :
  • Horticultural Technician diploma (Bac+2 or Bac+3).
  • Professional experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of horticultural techniques, irrigation, and maintenance of green spaces.
  • Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work in the field.
