الوظيفة :
موظف القبول والفوترة والصرافة للطوارئ (ذكر/أنثى) مسؤول عن ضمان قبول المرضى والفوترة والتحصيل للخدمات المقدمة في قسم الطوارئ، مع ضمان جودة الاستقبال، وموثوقية المعلومات الإدارية، والالتزام بالإجراءات الحالية.
المسؤوليات:
قبول المرضى
- ترحيب وإرشاد وإبلاغ المرضى ومرافقيهم.
- تسجيل وتحديث بيانات المرضى في النظام المعلوماتي بالمستشفى (HIS).
- التحقق من المستندات الإدارية وحقوق التغطية الطبية.
- إنشاء ومتابعة الملفات الإدارية للمرضى المقبولين في قسم الطوارئ.
الفوترة
- إعداد وإصدار فواتير الاستشارات والخدمات المقدمة في قسم الطوارئ.
- ضمان دقة المعلومات الإدارية والمالية المطلوبة للفوترة.
- تطبيق الأسعار والاتفاقيات الحالية.
- التحقق من اتساق البيانات المدخلة في النظام المعلوماتي للمستشفى.
الصرافة
- جمع المدفوعات من المرضى وفق طرق الدفع المعتمدة.
- إصدار الإيصالات وتأكيدات الدفع.
- إدارة فتح الخزنة وتتبعها وإغلاقها.
- مطابقة سجلات النقد والإبلاغ عن أي شوائب.
الإدارة الإدارية
- أرشفة المستندات الإدارية والمالية.
- ضمان سرية المعلومات المعالجة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات داخلية ومتطلبات الجودة.
الملف المطلوب :
درجة الزمالة أو البكالوريوس (بكال+2 إلى بكال+3) في الإدارة أو الإدارة المكتبية أو الدراسات secretaryship أو المحاسبة.
خبرة مهمة (3 سنوات أو أكثر) في القبول والفوترة والصرافة.
خبرة إلزامية في مستشفى أو عيادة أو منشأة صحية.
إجادة الحاسوب وبرامج Office.
معرفة جيدة بإجراءات المستشفيات الإدارية والمالية.
معرفة بمنظمات التغطية الطبية (CNSS، CNOPS، التأمينات المشتركة، والتأمين الخاص) ميزة إضافية.

Job :
The Admissions, Billing, and Cashier Agent for Emergencies (M/F) is responsible for ensuring the admission, billing, and collection of services provided in the emergency department, while guaranteeing the quality of reception, the reliability of administrative information, and compliance with current procedures.
Responsibilities:
Patient Admission
- Welcome, guide, and inform patients and their companions.
- Register and update patient records in the HIS (Hospital Information System).
- Verify administrative documents and medical coverage rights.
- Create and follow up on the administrative files of patients admitted to the emergency department.
Billing
- Prepare and issue invoices for consultations and services provided in the emergency department.
- Ensure the accuracy of administrative and financial information required for billing.
- Apply current rates and agreements.
- Check the consistency of data entered in the hospital information system.
Cashiering
- Collect payments from patients according to authorized payment methods.
- Issue receipts and payment confirmations.
- Manage the opening, tracking, and closing of the cash register.
- Reconcile cash records and report any anomalies.
Administrative Management
- File and archive administrative and financial documents.
- Ensure the confidentiality of processed information.
- Comply with internal procedures and quality requirements.
Required profile :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in management, administration, secretarial studies, or accounting.
Significant experience (3 years or more) in admissions, billing, and cashiering.
Mandatory experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Proficiency in computer and office software.
Good knowledge of hospital administrative and financial procedures.
Knowledge of medical coverage organizations (CNSS, CNOPS, mutual insurance, and private insurance) is a plus.
