Roles & Responsibilities
Organize and track national and international shipments (Road, Air, Sea); prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, EX1, DUM). Manage customs formalities with freight forwarders and authorities; ensure respect for Incoterms and regulatory requirements (HS codes, origins, etc.). Serve as the interface between clients, suppliers, and carriers; plan pickups/deliveries and monitor transport performance regarding deadlines and costs. Anticipate and manage logistical contingencies (delays, customs blocks); handle transport disputes and claims for damaged goods. Control and validate transport/transit invoices; ensure cost compliance with contracts and maintain daily tracking reports and archives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree (Bac+3) in Logistics and International Transport.
- +/- 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the Automotive and/or Aerospace sector is mandatory.
- Advanced mastery of Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, tracking dashboards).
- Proficiency with TMS systems (SHIPPEO, AX4, UPLAN, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of customs procedures (DUM, EX1, EUR1, BE, BS, BAD, DS).
- Good professional level in both French and English (written and oral).
- High level of reactivity, strong organizational skills, and a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
