As part of the development of our activities, BTechnologie is looking for a Telecom Project Manager to lead connectivity projects for Business clients.
You will work on technical projects involving FTTO, FTTx networks, and ideally WDM and IP services, ensuring the coordination of different stakeholders and monitoring studies until the solutions are delivered.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead technical studies for connectivity projects dedicated to Business clients.
- Analyze, qualify, and challenge expressed needs in order to propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate engineering teams, deployment teams, and various partners.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, quality, and commitments are met.
- Identify risks, implement action plans, and provide regular reporting.
- Support deployment teams in resolving technical constraints.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, work methods, and management tools.
Required profile :
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Networks, or equivalent.
- Significant experience in Telecom project management.
- Good command of FTTO and FTTx networks.
- Knowledge of WDM and IP services (L2/L3, VPN...) would be a real asset.
- Good command of QGIS.
- Experience in a Telecom operator or integrator environment is appreciated.

العمل :
كجزء من تطوير أنشطتنا، تبحث BTechnologie عن مدير مشروع اتصالات لقيادة مشاريع الاتصال لعملاء الأعمال.
ستعمل على مشاريع تقنية تتضمن شبكات FTTO وFTTx، ويفضل خدمات WDM وIP، مع ضمان تنسيق بين الجهات المعنية ومتابعة الدراسات حتى يتم تسليم الحلول.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة الدراسات التقنية لمشاريع الاتصالات المخصصة لعملاء الأعمال.
- تحليل وتحديد وتحدي الاحتياجات المعبر عنها من أجل اقتراح حلول مناسبة.
- تنسيق فرق الهندسة، فرق النشر، وشركاء متنوعين.
- متابعة تقدم المشروع وضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد والجودة والالتزامات.
- تحديد المخاطر، تنفيذ خطط العمل، وتقديم تقارير منتظمة.
- دعم فرق النشر في حل القيود التقنية.
- المشاركة في التحسين المستمر للعمليات وطرق العمل وأدوات الإدارة.
الملف المطلوب :
- درجة هندسة أو ماجستير (Bac+5) في الاتصالات، الشبكات، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة كبيرة في إدارة مشاريع الاتصالات.
- إتقان جيد لشبكات FTTO وFTTx.
- معرفة بخدمات WDM وIP (L2/L3، VPN...) ستكون إضافة حقيقية.
- إتقان جيد لـ QGIS.
- تجربة في بيئة مشغل اتصالات أو مُتكامل مقدَّر لها.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- مهارات تنسيق واتصال ممتازة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في آن واحد.
- تفكير تحليلي، استقلالية، ودقة.
- القدرة على العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة الفنيين والأعمال.
- مرونة موجهة نحو النتائج ورضا العملاء.
