Your profile: 

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, commerce, finance, or equivalent.
• Successful experience of 1 to 3 years in a management role, ideally in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
• Leadership, rigor, sense of responsibility, and results orientation.
• Ability to unite a team and drive performance while meeting operational requirements.
