Job :
Reporting to the Head of HR Development & Internal Communication, you will actively participate in various projects related to human resources development.
As such, your main tasks will include:
Participating in the recruitment process (screening applications, organizing interviews, candidate follow-up...).
Contributing to the onboarding of new employees.
Participating in the organization of training courses and ensuring their administrative follow-up.
Updating various HR dashboards and indicators.
Participating in HR development projects (workforce planning, employer branding, performance appraisal, mobility...).
Contributing to internal communication (writing content, internal events, newsletters...).
Participating in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Handling various administrative tasks related to the department's activity.
Required profile :
You have a Bac+2/+5 degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
You are rigorous, organized, discreet, and enjoy teamwork.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and good writing abilities.
You are proficient in office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience or an internship in Human Resources is an asset.
You wish to evolve in a dynamic industrial environment and develop your skills within a committed team.
