Job :
  • Handle customer requests professionally and with empathy.

Required profile :
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Good communication and customer relations skills.
  • Sales aptitude and enjoy a challenge.
  • Good listening, analysis, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools.
  • Team spirit, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in customer relations or sales is a plus, but motivated beginners are also welcome.
