We are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager in Casablanca whose missions will be:
• Manage and supervise after-sales service operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of services provided
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex problems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service standards
• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the after-sales service
• Train and develop the team's skills, etc...
Required profile :
Holder of a State Engineer degree or equivalent in:
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering..., with a first successful experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in the automotive sector.

نبحث عن مدير خدمات ما بعد البيع في الدار البيضاء missions ستكون كالتالي:
• إدارة ومراقبة عمليات خدمة ما بعد البيع
• ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال ضمان جودة وكفاءة الخدمات المقدمة
• التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية لحل المشكلات المعقدة
• المساهمة في التحسين المستمر للعمليات والمعايير الخدمية
• إدارة الجوانب الإدارية والمالية لخدمة ما بعد البيع
• تدريب وتطوير مهارات الفريق، وغيرها...
الملف الشخصي المطلوب :
حاصل على شهادة مهندس دولة أو ما يعادلها في:
- الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الصناعية...، مع خبرة ناجحة أولى في دور مشابه، ويفضل أن تكون مكتسبة في قطاع السيارات.
