Job :
Main Mission:
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the group's automated systems.
- Contribute to the reliability and performance improvement of automated equipment.
- Assist the maintenance department in diagnosing and resolving automation breakdowns.
- Participate in updating programs, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of interventions on automation systems.
Main Activities:
- Perform wiring and basic configuration of PLCs, Variable Speed Drives, Servo Drives, sensors, and actuators.
- Conduct functional tests under the supervision of the automation manager.
- Perform simple troubleshooting on programmable logic controllers and HMI interfaces.
- Identify causes of failures and propose corrective actions.
- Keep intervention history up-to-date in the CMMS (COSWIN).
- Contribute to improving the availability of production lines.
- Participate in updating and optimizing PLC programs.
- Maintain electrical drawings, diagrams, and PLC programs.
- Ensure regular recording and backup of programs for PLCs, variable speed drives, and HMI interfaces.
- Implement a standardized procedure for archiving, traceability, and version management of programs.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Education: Bac+2/3 (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or industrial maintenance.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Siemens, DELTA, Schneider PLCs, or equivalents.
- Ability to read electrical and logic diagrams.
- Proficiency in PLC program backup and archiving tools.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Coswin is a plus).
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and teamwork skills.
