Join a dynamic company in the Pharmaceutical / Health sector as a pharmaceutical technician in compression and mixing. This position is based in Casablanca/Bouskoura, offering a key opportunity to develop your career in a stimulating environment.

Actively contribute to the production of high-quality medicines by ensuring the proper execution of compression and mixing processes. Your role will be essential to guarantee compliance with standards and meet production requirements.

The main tasks include:

• Operate compression and mixing equipment according to established procedures.
• Participate in the preparation of raw materials for the different manufacturing stages.
• Perform first-level quality controls to ensure product compliance.
• Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene and safety rules.
• Collaborate effectively with production teams to optimize workflows and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure first-level maintenance of the equipment under your responsibility.

A Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) education is required, ideally in the field of Health / Social professions or a related technical field.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is expected. Initial experience in the pharmaceutical production environment will be an asset.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, especially compression and mixing.
• Great rigor and a strong sense of organization.
• The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• An aptitude for solving simple technical problems.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is a plus.
