Job description
Job :
* Ensure that raw materials, packaging, products being made, and finished products meet standards.
* Define, put in place, and improve quality control plans in production.
* Lead and guide the team of quality controllers.
* Follow up on non-conformities, analyze causes, and lead corrective and preventive actions.
* Track quality performance indicators and suggest plans for continuous improvement.
* Work closely with the Production, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality and industrial performance.
* Handle customer complaints related to product quality and follow up on them.
* Participate in the approval of new products, new processes, and changes in recipes.
* Ensure that customer specifications and internal standards are met.
Required profile :
* Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in food science, quality, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry.
* Strong knowledge of quality tools (HACCP, SPC, CAPA, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, etc.).
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Rigor, organizational skills, and a strong presence on the factory floor.

الملف المطلوب :
* درجة هندسية أو ماجستير (Bac+5) في علوم الغذاء، الجودة، أو مجال ذات صلة.
* الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مماثل في صناعة الأغذية.
* معرفة قوية بأدوات الجودة (HACCP, SPC, CAPA, FMEA, 8D, تحليل السبب الجذري، إلخ.).
* مهارات تحليلية قوية، قيادة، وحل المشكلات.
* الانضباط، المهارات التنظيمية، وحضور قوي على سطح المصنع.
