Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to help business teams make decisions based on reliable and relevant data. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the evolution of our data platform, working with data analysts, data scientists, and project managers.

Missions :

• Dashboard design and development : Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports and impactful visualizations using Tableau, tailored to the needs of business users.
• Needs analysis : Collaborate with business teams to understand their reporting and data visualization needs, and translate these needs into effective Tableau solutions.
• Performance optimization : Optimize the performance of dashboards, calculations, and data sources to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Data source management : Prepare and integrate data from different sources (databases, APIs, Excel files, etc.) to make it accessible and usable in Tableau.
• Automation and data flow management : Implement automation for data updates and ensure report consistency.
• Support and training : Provide technical support to end users, provide training on the use of Tableau dashboards and resolve technical problems encountered.
• Technology watch : Stay informed about new features and best practices related to Tableau, and propose continuous improvements to the platform.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Search profile:

• Education : Bac +5 in computer science, Data Science, Business Intelligence or equivalent field.
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in developing data visualizations and reports using Tableau.
• Comp tences techniques :
  • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server (creating visualizations, calculations, filters, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL databases and ability to design complex queries to populate Tableau.
  • Knowledge of best practices in visualization design and storytelling with data.
  • Experience with Tableau Prep or other ETL tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Tableau integrations with external systems (APIs, third-party BI tools).
  • Proficiency in version control with Git or other similar tools is a plus.

  • Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to interact with third-party teams.
  • Autonomy, organization and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
