Job :

We are recruiting a Receptionist to ensure professional reception and administrative management at the headquarters. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), an excellent appearance, and a strong sense of service.



  • Assignment: headquarters

Main tasks:



  • Physical reception of visitors, partners, and employees.
  • Call management: receiving, directing, taking messages.
  • Organizing meeting rooms and coordinating reservations.
  • Mail processing: receiving, distributing, sending.
  • Administrative support: filing, archiving, drafting simple documents.
  • Visitor tracking and managing the entrance log.
  • Coordination with different internal departments to ensure smooth operations.


Required profile :
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Management, Administration, Communication, or equivalent.
  • Excellent French speaking and writing skills.
  • Neat appearance, good interpersonal and service skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and organization.
  • Punctuality, dynamism, and discretion.
