We are recruiting a Receptionist to ensure professional reception and administrative management at the headquarters. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), an excellent appearance, and a strong sense of service.
Main tasks:
- Physical reception of visitors, partners, and employees.
- Call management: receiving, directing, taking messages.
- Organizing meeting rooms and coordinating reservations.
- Mail processing: receiving, distributing, sending.
- Administrative support: filing, archiving, drafting simple documents.
- Visitor tracking and managing the entrance log.
- Coordination with different internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Management, Administration, Communication, or equivalent.
- Excellent French speaking and writing skills.
- Neat appearance, good interpersonal and service skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and organization.
- Punctuality, dynamism, and discretion.
