Join our dynamic team and actively participate in human resources management within our well-established company in Casablanca. This internship opportunity is designed to allow you to develop your skills in a stimulating environment.



Your immersion in our HR department will enable you to understand and apply the fundamental principles of personnel management, contribute to strategic HR projects, and develop a global vision of human resources challenges within an industrial company.



At the heart of our HR operations, you will be involved in:



  • Participating in the administrative follow-up of staff.
  • Providing support in recruitment processes (CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding new hires).
  • Collaborating in the implementation of cross-functional HR projects.


Required profile :

A Bac +3 (3-year degree) education is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel management, or Training.



Although this is an internship, previous experience, even short-term, ideally in HR or administrative support, would be a major asset.



We are looking for a proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to adapt. Here are the key skills we will appreciate:



  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
  • Good writing and organizational skills.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Sense of initiative and autonomy in task management.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources professions.
  • Ease in oral and written communication.
