Job :
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Department, your missions include:
- Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Participate in the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructures.
- Contribute to the management of the IT park and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT system procedures and security rules.
Required profile :
- 2-year or 3-year degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in IT, systems, networks, telecommunications, or equivalent training.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of IT networks: TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve user incidents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Thoroughness, availability, and dynamism.
- Responsiveness and proactivity.
