Job :
The PMO consultant will support a local project team and will be responsible for:
• Monitoring project compliance: Verify that deliverables and milestones meet the functional, technical, and business requirements defined upstream;
• Managing the tracking of acceptance criteria and associated action plans;
• Implementing a continuous improvement approach: Apply PDCA and Kaizen methods to optimize project processes and reduce non-quality issues;
• Tracking quality performance indicators: Monitor project KPIs (e.g., first-time pass rate for deliverables);
• Facilitating milestone reviews: Prepare and lead quality check-ins before steering committee meetings, with clear summaries on quality risks and corrective actions;
• Capitalizing on lessons learned: Identify best practices and areas for improvement for future projects through structured REX (lessons learned sessions);
Required profile :
- Engineering school or M2 in Engineering
- Professional experience ranging from 0 to 6 years after graduation.
- Experience in the automotive/aerospace/railway sector
- Ability to work on the client's site a minimum of 3 days/week
- Mastery of quality fundamentals: project milestones, V&V, PMQ, PDCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma;
- Very good command of office tools, including Excel/PPT
- Knowledge and experience in automotive/aerospace/railway industrial environments
- Developed consultant mindset: autonomous, flexible, proactive, client/result-oriented, "fast learner"
- Very good communication skills
- French C1 minimum

الوظيفة :
سيُدعم مستشار PMO فريق مشروع محلي وسيكون مسؤولاً عن:
• مراقبة الامتثال للمشروع: التحقق من أن التسليمات والمعالم تفي بالمتطلبات الوظيفية والتقنية والتجارية المحددة سابقاً؛
• إدارة تتبع معايير القبول وخطط الإجراءات المرتبطة بها؛
• تنفيذ نهج التحسين المستمر: تطبيق أساليب PDCA وKaizen لتحسين عمليات المشروع وتقليل قضايا عدم الجودة؛
• تتبع مؤشرات أداء الجودة: مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء للمشروع (مثال: معدل النجاح من المرة الأولى لتسليمات؛)
• تسهيل مراجعات المعالم: إعداد وقُد اجتماعات فحص الجودة قبل اجتماعات اللجنة التوجيهية، مع موجزات واضحة حول مخاطر الجودة والإجراءات التصحيحية؛
• الاستفادة من الدروس المستفادة: تحديد أفضل الممارسات ومجالات للتحسين للمشاريع المستقبلية من خلال جلسات REX (دروس مستفادة منظمة);
ملف تعريف مطلوب :
- إعداد مهندس في المدرسة الهندسية أو ماجستير M2 في الهندسة
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح من 0 إلى 6 سنوات بعد التخرج.
- خبرة في قطاع السيارات/الفضاء/السكك الحديدية
- القدرة على العمل في موقع العميل لمدة 3 أيام على الأقل/أسبوعياً
- إتقان أساسيات الجودة: مراحل المشروع، V&V، PMQ، PDCA، Kaizen، Six Sigma;
- إتقان جيد جداً لأدوات المكتب، بما في ذلك Excel/PPT
- معرفة وخبرة في بيئات صناعية في السيارات/الفضاء/السكك الحديدية
- عقلية مستشار مطورة: مستقلة، مرنة، مبادرة، مركّز على العميل/النتيجة، "متعلم سريع"
- مهارات تواصل جيدة جداً
- الفرنسية C1 كحد أدنى
