Job :

Reporting to the Works Management Department, your missions will be:



  • To check and monitor the progress of work on the construction site,
  • To provide technical assistance to the project management and the client,
  • To coordinate the execution of works, ensuring compliance with plans and deadlines,
  • To lead site meetings,
  • To accurately write minutes and weekly reports to ensure transparent communication between all stakeholders,
  • To collaborate with the different trades to solve technical problems and ensure the quality of the work,
  • To assist in the preparation of execution plans and technical documents necessary for the completion of the works.

Required profile :
  • Holder of a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering;
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong ability to provide technical assistance and supervise civil engineering works,
  • Previous experience in a design office would be a plus.
  • Ability to provide effective technical assistance, identifying and implementing solutions adapted to challenges encountered in the field,
  • Mastery of quality control techniques and monitoring of work progress to ensure compliance with standards and technical specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations,
  • Excellent writing and communication skills,
  • Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
  • Organization, availability, interface management,
  • Team spirit.
